We are still dreaming about these tacos... Our guests (foodies and folks with various allergies and dietary requirements) were absolutely blown away by the level of service and quality of the food. Some of our guests are Mexican food snobs and they said the fish tacos were "the best they have ever had!" We decided to have their beautiful shiny green food truck, rented some of their lovely dining furniture and hired several of their service staff for our off-grid DIY wedding in Zacatitos (on the East Cape, about 1-1.5 drive from their location in Cabo San Lucas!).
I can't stress enough how important it is to hire professionals like Tracy and her team, to help ensure a DIY destination wedding goes smoothly. I planned my wedding from scratch in a foreign country to mine, so having hired Lazy Gourmet to cater and supply me rentals really helped put my mind at ease from the moment we started working together.
Also: Patricia, an event coordinator at Lazy Gourmet even managed to find me a giant wedding-cake shaped piñata the week of my wedding (usually it takes 2 weeks to get something custom made like this). Another example, of Lazy Gourmet going above and beyond to make sure their clients are happy. Thanks guys!
