Our founder, Tracy Dunlop, has spent over 20 years traveling the globe, exploring the classical kitchens of Europe, Australia, Central and South America, and the exotic Far East. Tracy has provided private chef services for such celebrities as; Brad Pitt and "friends", Peter O'Toole, The First Lady of Mexico and George Weiss.
